Over the course of three months, we will explore a shadow aspect that is currently blocking you from achieving the goals you’ve set for yourself.

There are a total of two hour-long sessions each month, where we will focus on the following:

• Understanding how this part of your shadow shows up in your life as an obstacle to your goals

• Working to spiritually heal the wound from which this shadow has emerged

• Excavating a past life or ancestral experience at the root of this self-sabotage

• Exploring how the energy from this healed part of you can start to empower you

• Reclaiming this part of you to help you achieve your goals

How much time we spend on any given topic within a week will depend on your goals and needs.

This is a monthly subscription. You will be charged for the first month and then two additional times before the subscription ends.
