Whereas Friday saw us looking to women leaders against the status quo, today is a diametric shift with Principal 1, traditionally represented as a man, looking to male figures of authority with the Hierophant all around him. Tried and true methods are the advice of the day, so do things by the book. It’s likely that whatever you learned about “soft power” on Friday can support you today. Build yourself a better structure in your work, your habits, or wherever else, combining traditional methods and expert advice with your own personal negotiation of that advice. When powerless and uncomfortable with that fact, we can lash out at any form of control or authority, even when it’s potentially helpful. Be wary of that triggered response as it may not be the flex you think it is.
